Before/After Friends in Photoshop

Okay so I've been wanting to take some of my friends pics from facebook and digitally paint on them in photoshop, just something to show my skills. These are the first ones I did... No I didn't take or own these pics, I just used them to edit and DON'T plan on making money with so please don't sue!! :P
